keegan and i are about to celebrate our 2 year anniversary next month! since we didn't get married in berks county we couldn't receive that beautiful pa dutch certificate – so i decided to make our own... we are self-united; never to detach!

i finished my freelance illustration business card today!

i know this is a bit boring and quite literal but i just wanted to make a simple, serene doodle... soothing to make, soothing to look at...

it's actually happening! i have been waiting for a chance to create a custom card like this one... shelly"s wife commissioned this great card for his 80th birthday party and (as you can tell) she claims he loves the sun almost as much as himself.

and just like that...poof... summer's almost over. i just love the summer so much! and, since i can ride my bike all around town with my saddle-basket i can go to the printer and get all my work done in a jiffy. hooray to no gas bill! cheers to my summer biking dreams...
