how beautiful is this studio! so, this is how cool etsy is (to those of you who don't already know) last week i was hearted by this adorable shop called prettylilthings. i loved all of her work and posted about her lovely cacti immediately. after letting her know about my post she visited TBL and linked to here from her amazing blog! it's like a cyber space hug from people in your field who support you and wish you well! anyway, i love blogs and i LOVE Lori Marie and her tiny studio...

since i began spreadthelove very haphazardly back in 2007 it has evolved into a place to present and sell my illustrations. (but it's never really been what i imagined it should be.) so, for the next couple of months i'll be restocking the shop with new pieces that are meant for exactly what i've made as my "mission statement" : spreading the love – one little doodle at a time. first series is called: " love is everywhere"

oooh! i love this lilly of the valley necklace by oh mandie! {only $14.00!} and i love her beautiful blog where she's featured little 'ol me as one of her fav's from PA!

one more week until the big move! i can't even believe that this is our new home. my life with my husband has always been like a dream come true. living in a dorm room, then a tiny apartment. a rabbit and now a dog. life keeps getting better and i owe it all to real, true, love. nothing beats it. nothing can break it. i could live in a hole and be happy and that makes everything so clear. you only live once so go, don't be afraid – grab it, take it in your arms and kiss it square in the face.

whilst researching for a client who needs an invite for her big bash in hong kong i've found this unbelievable use of color – what an inspiration!

i really love these great little papooses by lala's pequenos! my friend got one for her baby and i know first hand how magically beautiful they are. now i just need to ovulate, get pregnant, and pop one out so i can buy one!

i thought i'd try out this new idea i had of selling quality digital images for e-cards... so, today's e card is my "groundhogs in love" illustration. why not stop in at my shop and spend $2 to send all your friends one of my illustrations to celebrate the day!

i love these vintage bookplate designs offered by sweetscarlet! what a lovely idea for some illustration practice – i'll have to try it out in spreadthelove style! much thanks to sweetscarlet for featuring me in her treasury for today. check it out!
