check out my great-grandmother's craftiness! she made this sweet little apron and used the gingham to mark out her embroidery. {click on the image for a detailed view} bright pink, green and black&white check – what a great color combo! i'm so happy to have this... some day soon i'll try to make my own from her pattern...

nothing like an ultra girly christening invite... pink lace, filigree flowers and swarovski crystals – oh my!

embroidery thread + semi-precious stones make this print super special!!! "nothing can express how much i love you" - coming soon to spread the love... click on the photo for a super detailed look...

hello dream job! i am now officially represented by Juna Studio!
unfortunately, their website is getting updated at the moment... so there's not much to check out – but i'm so excited to get started! so, dream job goes as follows: i get to doodle whatever i like, juna studio nyc presents it to buyers, and then hopefully a buyer will love it and print it on a new little baby outfit for spring... could it be more fun?

my first production in the new studio... it's barely up and running but i had to keep on keepin on! i must say these came out beautifully – what a unique and lovely 50th wedding anniversary invite - i'm so proud! click on the images for a detailed look...

another new batch of work soon to be added to my etsy shop... embroidered illustrations!

finally – outside friends! all new prints will be coming soon to spread the love... each friend has a lovable quality – squirrel's got her head in the clouds and bird, well... she can fly! stay tuned or check back to my shop in a month or so for more friends including lucky bear, love bunny, and the brainy pig.

here's a sneak peek at my newest obsession! modern day cameos for your wall! these beauties in many shapes, sizes and colors will be coming to spread the love very soon...

and so it begins! i've been slowly working towards the goal of creating my dream of a blog/shop for customers who want pre-made cards, invites, and even prints... no membership needed – only paypal! little love shop is now up and running and hopes to be my newest way to make my designs accessible to all...

yipee – the new frog holler cd! i was lucky enough to be asked to illustrate some images for the new album which featured my favorite – good old pa dutch new year philosophies. "pigs root forward, chickens scratch back" is a new year saying which transcends into eating pork and sauerkraut new years day for good luck. cabbage is also a sign of good monetary fortune along with opening all your windows and doors to air out all the negative past and breath new life to the future... the album is great and i am so proud!!!

my two, new favorite places! our brand new abode has endless nooks and crannies of delight – i've only started setting up yesterday but here's my two favorite spots, as of now. {the living room fireplace had the incredible wreath included but the stetson was my grandfathers and the chairs are antique. the bedroom is slowly coming together – notice kitsune's little print above the bed!} so, it's actually really hard to decorate a house built in 1791 – i want to mix old and new but it's harder than i thought it would be... but i'm up for the challenge and totally inspired by this crazy-old-carriage-stop of a house. wish i wasn't so busy with work!

i love stitchface! her eco-friendly fine stitchery is just so great i wish i could buy it all...{stitchface's lovely stuff in order from top to bottom: Happy Fox $24.00, Quizzical Kitty $26.00, and Purple Raccoon $26.00}
